My Step Child's Mother Is Currently Pregnant With Twins. She

My step child's mother is currently pregnant with twins. She has a serious past with drug problems and to be blunt is just an all around bad mother. Every time we call child services, they say they can't do anything. So my question is, if she has been doing any drugs, how long would it stay in her system or the babys system?
