My Stepfather Had A Stint Put In Eight Years Ago.

My stepfather had a stint put in eight years ago. Recently he was on lithium and hospitalized because of toxicity and now off of it. He takes BP meds currently, blood thinners and a new med to replace the lithium.
Over the last two weeks since the new med he has been experiencing swelling in his feet around the same time every day, shortness of breath after slight activity and dizziness.
