My Stepmother Has Blackness On Her Pads For Bladder Leakage

My stepmother has blackness on her pads for bladder leakage and underwear. She takes yeast guard daily and oct for bladder. Often skips her fluid pills. Is treated for constant infection of fold of stomach. Doctor recommended three creams mixed at the drug store to keep it more clear. Otherwise not much problems other than cellulitis and bad knees.
