My Stomach, 1-1/2 Inches Below Navel Is Lightly Throbbing, Like

My stomach, 1-1/2 inches below navel is lightly throbbing, like a heartbeat, which I can actually see happen.
I am vegetarian, just had a lovely salad with lightly grilled veggies for dinner and was full half way through.
Have not noticed this happen before. Any explanation / advice?
