My Stomach Been Hurting For Some Days Now. I Threw

My stomach been hurting for some days now. I threw up once and I've bee n using the bathroom as in my bowels but not a lot come out. Im tired a lot of the time. My chest rate speeds up alit hard for me to breath. I get headaches sometimes. My stomach just taking most of my energy it bubbles a lot and sharp pain . can you please help me
