My Stomach Feels Bloated And Sore. It Feels The Way

My stomach feels bloated and sore. It feels the way it does if I wake up in the a.m. and need to urinate very badly. But now my stomach feels that way all day long. I am particularly sore around my right side. I am not urinating more than usual, but I normally urinate frequently.
