My Stomach Has Been Hurting For 2 Days With Very

My stomach has been hurting for 2 days with very sharp cramping at times. I'm having chills but no fever. I took a lax bc I dont go often but that did nothing but make the pain and chills worse. The only relief I have been able to get it paying on my left side balled up in the fetal position.
