My Stomach Has Been In Knots For Two Days And

My stomach has been in knots for two days and my lower back is killing me. Ive noticed my urine is very bright in color. I have only been able to have a little soup and water. I feel very dehydrated, but can't seem to drink enough water with out upsetting my stomach? What do you think the problem is? What should I do?
