My Stomach Is Bloated And Upset. I Have Lower Back

My stomach is bloated and upset. I have lower back pain, fatigue, and a headache. I am also going to the bathroom a lot. I went to the doctor and they thought it was UTI but that came out negative. I also took a pregnancy test which was negative. What could it be?
