My stomach rumbles often especially at night. It doesn't seem to be related to my diet. I am 66 and have not had a recent colonoscopy. I am waiting for surgery for kidney cancer - simple robotic procedure acc to the surgeon. Since being diagnosed I am alarmed by unusual conditions. YYYY@YYYY
