My Stomach Started Hurting Really Bad All Of A Sudden

My stomach started hurting really bad all of a sudden wave after wave and any movement made it worse. I went to bathroom I was bleeding heavily. so I sat in there until I stopped hurting. While sitting there I had bigger than normal clots as well as grey tissue to pass. A couple hours later the bleeding stopped. Could this have been a miscarriage?
