My Stool Has Had A Rust Colored Appearance And Intermittent

My stool has had a rust colored appearance and intermittent flattened ribbon-like feathery shape for a couple of years now. In addition, it usually turns into a powder once it hits the water. At times, the color has been yellowish and mucousy as well. I also have daily cramps that come and go usually relieved following defecation. I have 3-5 bms a day on avg...any thoughts?
