My Sun Suddenly Started Mad Behavior Four Months Ago.his MRI

My sun suddenly started mad behavior four months ago.his MRI and other reports were normal.Doctor gave him olimelt 10 mg along with pecitine .Next time doctor gave him Nexito 5mg and reduced olimelt by 1.25 mg.but suddenly he started depressed behavior.olimelt was also increased to 5 mg. Sooner he recovered.at present he is taking nexito5mg ,pacitine, olimelt 5mg and one tablet of trinicalm plus daily. He feels sleepy and is not going to school due to not waking up early.I want to ask is there any need of nexito5 mg because the doctor told me that it is not a case of digression it relates to some children mental disease. Age of my sun is 14 years and his weight is 40 kg.I want to ask how long medicines will go on and whether 2.5mg alone will be sufficient in this case. Or resperdone 1mg only be sufficient as another doctor advised.
