My Symptoms Are Pressure And Pain When My Bladder Is

My symptoms are pressure and pain when my bladder is full. Urine looks normal, no burning or discomfort felt upon emptying the bladder. Pain in lower abdomen, right in the middle, comes and goes throughout the day and sometimes radiate into lower back. Mild incontinence is an issue with me, so I'm not sure my voiding has increased. Nausea is a problem throughout the day. Could this be a UTI or bladder infection?
