My Symptoms Are Stomach Bloating After I Eat, Pain In

My symptoms are stomach bloating after I eat, pain in middle between rib and stomach and itching then I'll get gas, I've had 2 gallbladder testing one number was 38 three years ago, just recently had another and the number was 87. I'm afraid I was misread. If not gallbladder what else could it be. I also get nauseous
