My Symptoms Hands Go Numb Every Time I Lay Down

My symptoms hands go numb every time I lay down lower back pops and feels like a shock always weak and tired I trow up 1-3 times a week feels like a knot in back of my throat sometimes can hardly stand after a hot shower feels like I would pass out, burning of my throat sometimes brief sharp pain on side of my head sometime body aches head aches I'm a 30 yo female what could this be
