My Symptoms Have Persisted Off And On For Several Years

My symptoms have persisted off and on for several years with no known trigger. Some episodes are worse than others and duration varies. Severe rapid onset fatigue and sleepiness. Loud humming and ringing with decreased hearing always right ear. Bloodshot and heavy feeling in right eye. Temperature swings from hot to cold. occasional nausea and varying levels of vertigo with confusion. Symptoms come at different times. no known pattern. Not Menieres disease. I have a cardiac hx.
