My Symptoms Include Loose Bowels With A Deep Reddish Orange

My symptoms include loose bowels with a deep reddish orange colored stool and stomach pains that come and go. I don't have any medical history that could indicate anything serious, although many forms of cancer are common in my mothers family. Is there any reason for concern?
