My Symptoms Pertain To My Right Foot. It Is A

My symptoms pertain to my right foot. It is a tight sensation and numbness and my toes do not want to bend like they always have in the past. There also seems to be some sort of a knot under the skin at the ball of the foot.
For six months previous - I was doing a lot of walking and the right tennis shoes wore down much quicker than the left.
