My Symptoms Seem To Match The Internet's Description Of A

My symptoms seem to match the internet's description of a pulmonary embolism, but I know the internet is sometimes not the most reliable source so I wanted to get another opinion before I panic. I had pain in the left side of my chest originally that's not in the right side as well as the lung area on the right side of my back. I've also struggled to fully catch my breath lying down once or twice, and almost fainted yesterday.
