My Symptoms Start Out With Slight Dripping Of My Nose

My symptoms start out with slight dripping of my nose and mouth. This leads way to from my chest to my throat. This is followed by alternating chills and heat throughout my upper body, which is followed by constant drooling of saliva at my mouth. I become stationary and cannot move at all and continued drooling. This lasts for several hours. If I am lucky, I eventually throw up with abundant clear liquid or bile. At this point, my symptoms reverse themselves and I am able to move again, but I feel totally drained of all energy which can remain possibly through the following day. Approximately 2 years ago I did have stomach by-pass surgery.
