My Symptoms Started Last Weekend - Around April 11th. I

My symptoms started last weekend - around April 11th. I do research, so I was in a swamp obtaining samples of snails. Two days after this, I started developing a rash on the L side of my abdomen. I went to Medexpress, where I was told that I had some type of contact dermatitis. I was administered an injection of decadron. A day or so later, I developed the same kind of rash on my breasts and went to Medexpress again - they once again said I had contact dermatitis. Two days ago, I started developing hives on both breasts - the hives went away, but I now have raised red patches. Today, I found a lump in my R breast, which moves when palpated. I have pain in my axillary area in my R arm. I also have the same red rash on my groin area - both upper legs, which is hot to the touch. I do have a hx of idiopathic anaphylaxis - I take zrytec, allegra and zantac on a daily basis. I am also a nursing mother to a 10-month old daughter. Any ideas?
