My Symptoms: Swollen Salivary Gland For 6 Months, Ultrasound Negative

My symptoms: swollen salivary gland for 6 months, ultrasound negative for pathology. This swelling comes and goes. Began after a summer cold. Infrequent cough daily with thin to thick, clear to white expectorant, usually associated with after sleep or talking or singing. Lungs are clear. Difficulty breathing through my nose at night. Narrowing of inside of my nose;dry inside front of nose enough to cause scabs on septum. Pressure pain in back of- head and neck- intermittent daily, usually evening. Watering eyes, pressure behind eyes, mostly in the evening. Mouth breathing at night during sleep.
