My Teenage Daughter Is A Competitive Cross Country Runner. She

My teenage daughter is a competitive cross country runner. She complains of a lot of pain whenever it is hot outside when she races. This is in spite of being hydrated fairly well. However, when the weather is cool or even cold, she totally excels at it and it doesn’t bother her at all. Any thoughts? Almost acts like her kidneys do not like the extreme heat.
