My Teeth Have Been Sensitive Since October. At First They

My teeth have been sensitive since October. At first they were very sensitive for a week to the extent that I could hardly eat. I took Naproxen for that week which mostly took care of it, but it never went completely away. Now there's a sensation in my face above my eye teeth (sinuses?). The sensitivity varies thru the day, but it is not bad, it's just there. I wear a night guard every night for clenching my teeth.
