My Temp Is 95.9 I Am Having Hot And Cold

My temp is 95.9 I am having hot and cold chills very sore throat and I am having a hard time swallowing. I am very dizzy. I have barely eaten. I just finished Z pack for what was thought to be bronchitis. I felt better for a few days. Now I feel worse than ever.
