My Temple And Back Of The Left Side Of My

My temple and back of the left side of my head has had a lot of pressure the past 2 days, but especially when I lie down, the pressure increases a large amount, it feels like my eye may pop out. Ive tried advil, excedrin, and a nasal decongestant and the only relief is sitting up. I have not had a headache like this before
