My Temple Was Hit Pretty Hard 4 Days Ago. No

My temple was hit pretty hard 4 days ago. No immediate symptoms other than the initial pain. Slight bruising the next day. I didn't think about it until today (4 days later) because of dull pain, slight swelling and a small lump. Anti-inflamitories and ice packs give little help. It feels like sinus pressure behind the eye and cheek bone. Do I give it time or go to the doc?
