My Ten Month Old Granddaughter Seems To Require Very Little

My ten month old granddaughter seems to require very little sleep. My daughter and son-in-law are exhausted. Sometimes she will nap during the day, not alsways, and then won't go to sleep at night till late, 11:00ish. Then has them up during the night once or twice, ready to play. They have to up by 7am. My daughter is a Dental Hygienist, and her job is tiring physically and mentally. She finds this high energy child exhausting to come home to. Any ideas for them ?
