My Ten Year Old Daughter Was Cleaning At Home On

My ten year old daughter was cleaning at home on Sunday (4 days ago) and when she was done we noticed marks on her left hand. There is 6 small circles and they are in the same area. They are about the same size as a cigarette burn, started out as red in color and now are a light maroon color. One of them popped open today at school and she said it bled a little and had clearing/yellow pus coming out of it. She says they are starting to itch a little now but not a lot and they have been painful since she got them.
