My Ten Years Kid Got Typhoid 1 Week Ago Which

My ten years kid got typhoid 1 week ago which diagnosed 3 days before after this Dr started I v antibiotic course but after 2 days he got pale and after test jaundice diagnised now do tell me should i complete his iv injection course or leave it as it is as 3 days doze has been given .... One of my consult Dr said leave the antibiotic course of typhoid just focus on jaundice kindly please do tell me what should I do
