My Testicals Have Been In Pain For Over A Year

My testicals have been in pain for over a year and the pain has gotten worse. They are saggy and uncomfortable feeling. No pain when peeing. Ejaculating is uncomfortable but doesn't hurt. I feel doomed after reading about dead testicles. I know I need to see a doctor immediately. Is there any hope??? Thanks
