My Testicles And Area Where Pubes Are Have Been Really

My testicles and area where pubes are have been really itchy lately, i showered twice today and it did not go away. I also tried shaving but the itching is still their, I don't know what to do. I have to resist the urge to scratch in public, its horrible.
