My Thigh And Penis Has Been Itching For A While

My thigh and penis has been itching for a while now, with a visible skin irritation... And rashes come out from anywhere on my skin. I was told by a friend that it's a syptoms of toilet infection/disease. Now, my question is what kind of drug can i use to cure myself.
