My Three Year Old Accidentally Stood On My 7 Week

My three year old accidentally stood on my 7 week old baby around the tummy area, instantly he cried(screamed) and I picked him up and soothed him and then he was fine, he's been smiling, eating and bringing up wind ok, having wet nappies all day, is there anything I should be worried about or to look for, or to take him to get him checked over?
