My Three Year Old Is Taking Amoxicillin For Strep Throat.

My three year old is taking amoxicillin for strep throat. This is day 4 and she suddenly started itching and white raised bumps appeared on different spots of her body. Is this a common reaction or something that requires me to stop giving her the rest of her medicine?
