My Three Year Old Slipped On A Tile Floor And

My three year old slipped on a tile floor and fell backward and hit the back of his head. He cried immediately after the fall. He kind of feels like he has a knot on the back of his head but it is hard to tell. He seems to be acting like his normal self. Does he need to be seen by a doctor or is he okay?
