My Throat Feels Like Something Is In It, I Have

My throat feels like something is in it, I have had a head cold or maybe my allergies are acting up, I donyy feel like this discomfiting in my throat has anything to do with either. Whatever it is seems to move from side to side and in behind my right ear.
