My Throat Feels Tight After Using Meth For 2 Days.

My throat feels tight after using meth for 2 days. Is there anything i could do to help this feeling. I can breath somewhat fine but swallowing food and drinking water is becoming difficult. Also it doesn't appear to be getting worse. Also it's more towards the bottom of my neck if that helps out a bit.
