My Throat Has Been Hurting But I Noticed Its Been

My throat has been hurting but i noticed its been on the left sode of my throat thats been hurting and i noticed little sores/bumps on my left tonsil also i had a fever and i dont know if that hs to relate to my throat infection but recently today i checked my to gue and i see a few bumps on the back of my tongue what's happening
