My Throat Has Been Sore For Weeks. It Felt Like

My throat has been sore for weeks. It felt like I tore something in my throat a week and a half ago when I swallowed. Now very hard to swallow.. I get a pain under my Adams apple and hurts my throat when I blow my nose. Should I be concerned. I'm on two different kinds of antibiotics for over a week now but pain is not subsiding.
