My Throat Hurts Very Bad Whenever I Stick Out My

My throat hurts very bad whenever I stick out my tongue, or swallow anything, they pain is also directed to my left ear, i do not have a cough, ive tried gargoyling salt water, and putting a hot cloth over my ear, but nothing seems to work. The pain is becoming unbearable and i dont know what to do at this point, please help
