My Throat Is Sore. But It's Only Sore On The

My throat is sore. But it's only sore on the left side. I have looked at it in the mirror and there is orange bump looking stuff all in the back of my throat. And sometimes in the mornings my tonsils will bleed. Is this anything to be concerned about?
