My Throats Been Hurting For A While Now. Strep And

My throats been hurting for a while now. Strep and mono came back negative. Ive noticed thin purple veins on the top back on the sides of my tongue. And bumps on the back of the tongue the side and on my tonsils. My veins under my tongue seem to be bigger and darker in color. I just want to know if its something i should be seen for. . Thanks
