My Thumb Is Really Itchy And That Area Is Darker

My thumb is really itchy and that area is darker than my skin color. This has happened before but it goes away. Also on my forefinger i started to get little bubbles filled with liquid, it got really bad and now im just waiting for it to heal. I want to know what this is???
