My Thyroid Reading Is Slightly Elevated At 6.35, But Imroved

My thyroid reading is slightly elevated at 6.35, but imroved from a 9 level five weeks ago. I feel fine. Should I take medications as recommended? I think I may improve to normal soon without medications by simply increasing dietary supplements like iodine in a multivitamin.
