My Thyroid Was Removed 35 Years Ago By Using Radiation

My thyroid was removed 35 years ago by using radiation therapy. I am now 70 and find that I am retaining water and very tired. My last TSH 3 & 4 were within normal range, but I have been told that that is not how my levels test best. what do you suggest that will make me feel that the correct tests are being given
