My Toddler Has A Rash All Over Her Entire Body.

My toddler has a rash all over her entire body. some areas have patches of what it looks to be ring worm. It cannot be ringworm because her brother (who is the same age) has not caught any of her symptoms. I have tried all different rash lotions but nothing seems to work.
