My Toddler Has Had A Couple Of Spots On Him

My toddler has had a couple of spots on him tummy and tops of his arms which have whitehead and after they have been there for a couple of weeks look very red until they burst and the white comes out. He currently has a mild case of chicken pox however are these spots something to be concerned about?
