My Toddler Has Yellow Poop. She Is A Finicky Eater

My toddler has yellow poop. She is a finicky eater and i have using pediasure as a supplement but have recently discontinued use because she was always constipated. Since I've discontinued use she has regular bm but now they are yellow. She drinks almond milk and love fries, bananas, yogurt and oranges.she would eat salads but is no longer eating salads. I can't get her to eat her vegetables nor fish that she once loved. She recently had blood work and tested negative for celiac. All she eats is yellow foods now. I've since this change four days after discontinuing the use of pediasure. Should I be concerned?
